Terms of Use
Mr. Butler Messenger Service agrees to accept customer orders via phone or online on behalf of our partner restaurants. We will then submit all orders to partners as it was exactly given to us by the customers. During pickup, made by Mr. Butler Messenger Service, a confirmation of all orders is made for inventory purpose with the partner restaurant staff by matching our notes to the restaurant receipt only. Mr. Butler Messenger Service will not be held liable for any mistakes made by customers or restaurants. We rely on the customers to be accurate with their orders.We rely on the restaurant staff to prepare and pack your order accurately. We stand firm on our policy to never open the customer’s order once it has been put inside the to-go box or container for sanitation purpose. We fully understand and respect the customer's wish, that their food should not be opened, touched, etc., by Mr. Butler Messengers Service staff other than the restaurant staff themselves. Mr. Butler Messenger Service will not be held liable for any tainted food, wrongly cooked food, missing condiments or missing items inside the to-go box or container. If Mr. Butler Messenger is not at fault, Mr. Butler Messenger Service will not honor any demands or complaints made by customers or from partners/non-partners/merchants without compensation. Mr. Butler Messenger Service duties are and limited to; market partner restaurants, accept orders on their behalf, submit orders to partners exactly as it was given by the customers, and deliver their food to the customers in a timely and professional manner.
