Each .24 increase after $4.50 will subject to a 2% increase.

Please round all mileage to the nearest whole number.
Example: If your mileage is 6.3 miles it would be 6 miles and if it's 6.5 then it would be 7 miles.
For Example: If the current fuel price is $2.05 then you will be in the 8% bracket. (see chart above)
$2.05 x 8% = $.16 fuel surcharge + service fee= delivery fee.
Fuel surcharge would be calculated like so: Base to Boston's is 4 miles + Boston's to your location is 2 miles.
So it would be 6 miles X $.16= $.96 + service fee ($5)= delivery fee $5.96
Fuel surcharges starts from our base - to the place requested - to destination.
